EVER WONDER WHEN TO EAT FRUIT? AND WHY?!

Always eat fruit before anything else.
When you wake up its best to eat fruit as your breakfast or as the first part of your breakfast because since your on an empty stomach your body absorbs more of the nutrients!

When eating a meal, always eat your fruit first. To start off it improves your complexion, hair and helps with bloating. Fruit is digested the fastest out of all food groups but when you eat something before it that takes longer to digest it backs up your GI tract. When this happens the fruit actually begins to rot 👀! When this happens it causes mucus build up, indigestion, bloating and sometimes even acne!

     ~So there's a quick tip on when to eat fruit. If you have a sensitive stomach to fruit



 when eaten on an empty stomach try having a couple bites of yogurt beforehand to coat your stomach a little.




Addicted to ice cream but your trying to be healthy?? Cut up some of your favorite fruit and pour some water into an at home ice cream shaper and you've got yourself a healthy all natural ice cream that tastes delicious! It doesn't sound very flavorful but I actually have tried it and it tastes amazing 😍!
