CHARLOETTE RUSSE HAUL AND TRY ON!

I want to start off by saying sorry that this post is a week late. I try and post at least once a week, sometimes a little more. However, my laptop has been acting up a lot so I've finally been able to upload it!!

So it all started off with an e-mail I got from Charlotte Russe that the whole store was 50% off! And 7 items later.... here I am sharing another haul!! Comment if you like these hauls so I know to do more!

To start off I got this STUNNING royal blue lace dress. I got my original size but it runs a bit big so make sure to go a size smaller, so I will be exchanging this. Here's the link for the Bodycon Lace Dress in white, I couldn't seem to find the blue one.

This grey t-shirt is everything right now!! It's super soft and perfect for a day you want to be comfortable but cute! A definite need!!

I also got these studded pointed toe flats in black. I really wanted a chic flat I could wear with anything and I loved these Studded shoes. I just personally liked the style a little better! They fit true to size!

These caged beige heels are gorgeous!! I will be exchanging them for a larger size though they run a bit small!

These GORGEOUS red high heels stole my heart in a second. Can't wait to wear these babies!! They fit true to size!
  

Next, my obsession has been wearing heels with casual outfits! I stopped doing this for a while because I had hurt my foot but I'm back so I can't wait to put together an outfit with this pair of brown strappy fringe heels.
  


I also grabbed this glowingly gorgeous pair of white and beige studded pump. I know, I got a little crazy with the studded pumps but I've been obsessed with nudes lately I had to have them!! Fit true to size!! (with my puppy Myla photo bombing like always!)

EVER WONDER WHEN TO EAT FRUIT? AND WHY?!

Always eat fruit before anything else.
When you wake up its best to eat fruit as your breakfast or as the first part of your breakfast because since your on an empty stomach your body absorbs more of the nutrients!

When eating a meal, always eat your fruit first. To start off it improves your complexion, hair and helps with bloating. Fruit is digested the fastest out of all food groups but when you eat something before it that takes longer to digest it backs up your GI tract. When this happens the fruit actually begins to rot 👀! When this happens it causes mucus build up, indigestion, bloating and sometimes even acne!

     ~So there's a quick tip on when to eat fruit. If you have a sensitive stomach to fruit


 when eaten on an empty stomach try having a couple bites of yogurt beforehand to coat your stomach a little.




Addicted to ice cream but your trying to be healthy?? Cut up some of your favorite fruit and pour some water into an at home ice cream shaper and you've got yourself a healthy all natural ice cream that tastes delicious! It doesn't sound very flavorful but I actually have tried it and it tastes amazing 😍!




 




 

GET FIT AND THICK T~SHIRT 😍

I got this shirt from the Get Thick and Fit website. I got a size small and it fits true to size. This t-shirt is so soft and hugs your body nicely too.

I follow Nicole Mejia on instagram as well as the Get Fit and Thick instagram page and she is just so inspiring and I'm just obsessed with their apparel

OUTFIT DETAILS FOR NARS EVENT

      I wore this gorgeous turtleneck ribbed red dress with nude heels.  I love this dress because it's super comfy, tight, and can be dressed up or dressed down.  It fits to your body and hugs it nicely. It comes about half way to my thigh (I'm 5 feet 2 inches). I bought a size US 6 and it definitely fits true to size as well. I purchased it from a store called LOOKBOOK STORE. I love this place! They have such cute things for such affordable prices. This dress is $27 USD.

      The shoes I wore are nude platform heels from NINE WEST. Absolutely in love with these shoes. They're so comfortable and yet so high. I couldn't find the exact ones online but I found ones that are similar. The ones I found are $99.99 basically around the same price I found mine at. I got them I'm a size 7, in usually a size 7 or 7 and a half but these fit perfectly. I would say they are true to size.

      The only jewelry I wore was this BULOVA watch. I got it from Macy's for Christmas. Right now Macy's is having a SALE on it so it's going for $209.30 and it's normally $299.99 this SALE is going on until 4/3/16 !!

NARS BEAUTY HOUR FUNDRAISER!

PICTURES, LINKS AND SWATCHES AT THE END!! 

      This past Monday, March 21st, I went to an event for NARS hosted by my friends Melissa and Sarah. It is the third year they hosted this event. It was a fundraiser for LLS (leukemia and lymphoma cancer) specifically for pediatric cancer, which is cancer of the blood and for the NARS team as well. Over the past few years they've hosted this event, personal fundraised, other events, product sales, etc and have raised OVER HALF A MILLION DOLLARS for LLS. 

      I went with my sister and a couple friends from school, we had all bought our tickets ahead of time and were super excited. Arriving to the event at 48 Lounge in New York, the place looked so cute and girly. Flowers in the window lit up with pink lights, beauty stands with makeup artists standing ready to do makeup and share tips, a bar with drinks and food, raffles, and gift bags!! We had a great time walking around to the booths with makeup artists asking about tips and watching them do our friends makeup. I also met a couple new people and saw some old friends which was great also. NARS beauty hour is such a smart cute idea to raise money for cancer patients. It was a lot of fun to attend to and buying a bunch of raffle tickets to try and win some amazing things but helping donate at the same time felt so good. I bought a lot of raffles and even though I did not win I had a great time and know the money went somewhere where it is needed. 

      Towards the end of the event we received gift bags for attending which included some random things from brands and NARS as well. Everyone's gift bags were different. 

Here is what the gift bag included and swatches of everything: 

NARS sample lipgloss in shade CHELSEA GIRLS 5806~ has a creamy feel, leaves lips moisturized but not sticky, super pigmented and such a gorgeous color! 

 

NARS velvet shadow stick. I got two of them in shades 5SBHA (swatch to the left) and 5RBHB (swatch to the right) ~they're definitely a velvety smooth feeling on the skin, they last FOREVER, and are gorgeous colors for the lid or even as a base color to put shadows on top ~ I've currently been using these as an inner corner highlight 

MAKEUP FOREVER colorless anti feathering lip pencil lip line perfecter ~ this is a really interesting product because it's no color, has a smooth feel to it, and can be used with any lipstick! 

 

MAKEUP FOREVER lipstick in shade SK01A Rouge Artist Natural N21 ~this lipstick is so gorgeous, smooth, and moisturizing. I can never have too many light pink lipsticks !! AM I RIGHT?! 

 THE MAGIC PADS~These are little pads that are made to use when you have a pimple and also claims to be good for anti aging

SUPER COLOUR SEXY MOTHER PUCKER FROM SOAP&GLORY ~this lipgloss is a lip plumper and let me tell you it works so well. It gives a tiny tingling feeling but nothing too crazy and it plumped my lips so gorgeously. Definitely a must have 

 Lastly, I received a NARS eye makeup remover that's super gentle on the skin!
