TIPS ON A BAD DAY OF EATING & HOW TO BOUNCE BACK!!

Drink lots of water
~helps flush out all those toxins you ate


My personal favorite-  take a detox bath
~ helps your body naturally detoxify itself from toxins
~my personal favorite is pouring  one cup epsom salt and 5-10 drops of pure lavender oil do this for at least 30 minutes and do not eat for an hour before or after the bath for maximum results. 

~try to soak yourself up to your neck 
~keep water handy you will get dehydrated 
~add some bath bombs, bubbles, candles to make it more relaxing too😋!











Try and not chew too much gum
~while chewing gum your swallowing air which causes bloating







 

I also take fiber chews or fiber one bars, cereal, anything like that to help detoxify the body as well. 
~They're all natural laxatives basically. Fiber makes you poop,   it's super healthy for you.
~You can also get fiber from foods as well such as, string beans, Beans,berries, spinach and much more.
~I use fiber to detoxify and it can help you lose weight as well if you eat fiber daily.





Definitely get back on track the next day!
~if you've eaten unhealthy, don't let one day turn into a week or a week turn into a month and so on.
~wake up the next day and start fresh! You always need a cheat meal here and there anyway to help reset your body


Plan out your meals for the day after to ensure you'll be back on track.







When you wake up the next day have hot water with fresh lemon to detox your body and make a pitcher to just refill your cup all day! (Can be cold or hot)
