CHARLOETTE RUSSE HAUL AND TRY ON!

I want to start off by saying sorry that this post is a week late. I try and post at least once a week, sometimes a little more. However, my laptop has been acting up a lot so I've finally been able to upload it!!

So it all started off with an e-mail I got from Charlotte Russe that the whole store was 50% off! And 7 items later.... here I am sharing another haul!! Comment if you like these hauls so I know to do more!

To start off I got this STUNNING royal blue lace dress. I got my original size but it runs a bit big so make sure to go a size smaller, so I will be exchanging this. Here's the link for the Bodycon Lace Dress in white, I couldn't seem to find the blue one.

This grey t-shirt is everything right now!! It's super soft and perfect for a day you want to be comfortable but cute! A definite need!!

I also got these studded pointed toe flats in black. I really wanted a chic flat I could wear with anything and I loved these Studded shoes. I just personally liked the style a little better! They fit true to size!

These caged beige heels are gorgeous!! I will be exchanging them for a larger size though they run a bit small!

These GORGEOUS red high heels stole my heart in a second. Can't wait to wear these babies!! They fit true to size!
  

Next, my obsession has been wearing heels with casual outfits! I stopped doing this for a while because I had hurt my foot but I'm back so I can't wait to put together an outfit with this pair of brown strappy fringe heels.
  


I also grabbed this glowingly gorgeous pair of white and beige studded pump. I know, I got a little crazy with the studded pumps but I've been obsessed with nudes lately I had to have them!! Fit true to size!! (with my puppy Myla photo bombing like always!)

EVER WONDER WHEN TO EAT FRUIT? AND WHY?!

Always eat fruit before anything else.
When you wake up its best to eat fruit as your breakfast or as the first part of your breakfast because since your on an empty stomach your body absorbs more of the nutrients!

When eating a meal, always eat your fruit first. To start off it improves your complexion, hair and helps with bloating. Fruit is digested the fastest out of all food groups but when you eat something before it that takes longer to digest it backs up your GI tract. When this happens the fruit actually begins to rot 👀! When this happens it causes mucus build up, indigestion, bloating and sometimes even acne!

     ~So there's a quick tip on when to eat fruit. If you have a sensitive stomach to fruit


 when eaten on an empty stomach try having a couple bites of yogurt beforehand to coat your stomach a little.




Addicted to ice cream but your trying to be healthy?? Cut up some of your favorite fruit and pour some water into an at home ice cream shaper and you've got yourself a healthy all natural ice cream that tastes delicious! It doesn't sound very flavorful but I actually have tried it and it tastes amazing 😍!




 




 

GET FIT AND THICK T~SHIRT 😍

I got this shirt from the Get Thick and Fit website. I got a size small and it fits true to size. This t-shirt is so soft and hugs your body nicely too.
